Several times each week I do a mind dump on paper. Once I'm done, I tear the paper to bits, toss it and burn it. This helps me cast away most of which is of little importance and beyond my control. I find this release helps me disengage and gives my grey matter a better chance at overnight rejuvenation.

I begin each morning with a few minutes of quiet observance. Noting my emotional temperature, I offer gratitude and set my intention as I prepare to meet the responsibilities of the day. The decision to monitor my thoughts more closely has had profound effect on my transformation journey.
